The Right Real Estate Agent

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.  I am a full time agent.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I am very familiar with Ponte Vedra Beach, especially Marsh Landing Country Club, The Player's Club and The Plantation. 

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process. I also am one of the select few Realtors with an e-PRO Certification by the National Association of Realtors.  It is designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.

Fourth, you,ll want an agent that will communicate with you in the way that you want and how often you want.  Do you want to be notified by email, or phone calls; do you want to be updated daily, bi-weekly etc.  I will respect your needs and wants and your time constraints.  I am available by phone or email which is sent directly to my phone. 

Fifth, you'll want an agent that knows the market.  I pre-view homes in my area constantly as new homes come on the market.  So if you are buying or selling I know the inventory and how to price the house.
